Hi, I′ve gotten mixed views about prepaid legal. So far, both sides of the fence are equal so I′d like to present this question one more time to those of you out there who know what prepaid is and have had experience with it, whether you’ve been an associate or you’ve had the service for yourself or have even heard about it thru others. Should I get involved in this company as an associate? I don’t want to put anyone through any unwanted hardships if I offer this program to people. Thanks.

I do not understand pre paid legal….Seeing that most lawyers charge at least $300 to $500 an hour and usually need several hours on anything they work on. What could a consumer really be getting for $36 a month?

Also, it seems like the people I have met who sell pre paid legal are all raw raw, like it is some sort of cult?

Among other acts of deception including marrying him for health insurance to take care of a pregnancy and a child that she lied and said was his and taking money to pay her bills and then never paying them and then he later would have to pay them again……..can he file for marriage fraud and identity theft?

Not only am I making money but I have used the attourney services several times and have been VERY happy with the results. Recently, I have become injured and homebound for the next three months. I am no longer able to go out and talk to people about this great service so I am looking for ideas of how to market myself while trapped at home.

What will the collection agency do if I can’t pay.

I sent a completed application to Bank of America to open a new Brokerage Acct with a copy of my passport, copy of my driver license, my social security number, my checking acct no and bank routing number by fax. Bank of America said they have not received the faxed documents. I am really concerned that if these documents fall in wrong hand, it can misused for any purpose. I am 100% sure that the Bank received the fax since I have fax confirmation receipt. Can you please advise me on the followings?

I will close my bank account. But the submitted documents can be misused for getting loans and credit cards etc. How can I protect my self against this? Is there any insurance available?

I really want to complain against Bank of america since the bank is taking this lightly and hesitant in doing any investigation of this issue. I am just a small customer which means nothing to the bank. Is there any organization where I can submit this complaint against this bank?

I am trying to get a health insurance policy with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of IL. I have had and HMO policy with them for about 3 years. My cobra policy with them is about to run out shortly as of March 1. I was in the process of trying to get another policy with them. I had the understanding that they would cover me completely since I had been covered with them for 3 years. Was I mistaken? Can they reject me just like anybody else? Do they not have to accept my medical pre -existing conditions? I thought they did since they had been covering them for this amount of time. I do not know anything about the law. Is there any place I could look to find out my rights in this matter? I have to know soon. I do not want to be without insurance.
